We provide various technology solutions, including but not limited to IT support, technical consulting, website development, and managed services for Business and homes.
Payment and Fees
Fees for our services are based on the specific project or support plan selected. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tech Edge Quality Consulting, INC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
